We booked the Barbie character from Brilliant Birthdays for my daughters’ party and everything was absolutely perfect. Barbie was wonderful, professional, friendly and made the day so special for the children. We were extremely happy with the whole experience.
I also want to mention how honest, kind and professional this company is. Recently, I accidentally transferred a large amount of money to their account because I still had Brilliant Birthdays saved as a payee from the party. As soon as I contacted them and explained my mistake, they responded incredibly quickly and returned the full amount straight away. I was so worried, and their honesty and kindness meant so much to me.
